FRONT YARD LANDSCAPING

The key build elements for this project were:

• A paved footpath from the front granite area to the side gate and front door
400 x 400 Bink concrete pavers were used for this, set in a ‘stretcher’ pattern to add interest;

• A timber retaining wall to deal with the change in heights from the neighbouring property;

• A new planting, including 3 x Crepe Myrtle’s and a Japanese Maple as feature trees, Feijoa used to create hedges,
and mass planting with Lomandra, Dietes, and Oriental Pearls;

• A new turf area using Canturf ‘Canberra Blend’ to add some softness to the front of the property;

• A fully automatic irrigation system throughout, including pop-up sprinklers for the turf.
